Learning, lean, and design thinking are the three things that lead to success in innovation. One cannot work without others, but when bundled together, they are your competitor's worst nightmare! 😁

First, we learn about their specific needs. Then, we apply Design Thinking to transfer the knowledge and the mindset. But we always highly recommend reading on your own as well.

However, if your meetings lack good structure, not everyone is engaged, bias in decision-making is not kept under control and decisions aren't being assigned to a team member - it could be the right time to look into improving your meetings.

Not Lean ❌, not Design Thinking ❌: "Build it and they will come". This is probably the worst advice ever! It beats doing absolutely nothing, but chances are users won't like your product because you didn't think about them while you were building it.

Lean ✅ + Design Thinking ✅: Understand customers' pain, and start solving their problem - step by step. Reiterate, and learn more about your customers. Get closer to giving them a complete solution. Then and only then can you expect a steady stream of new users.
