What does a modern banker really need to be today?

That was the focus of another capability-building workshop led by Minja Bolesnikov, Ph.D. for the SB team at Banca Intesa Beograd.

Under the theme “From Relations to Solutions”, the session explored how changing customer expectations, digitalization, and fast-moving market dynamics are reshaping the role of modern banking professionals.

Some of the key questions discussed:
