FOODstars Project Innovative Food Product Developement Cycle: Frame for Stepping Up Research Excellence of FINS

Horizon2020 Twinning project-“Innovative Food Product Development Cycle: Frame for Stepping Up Research Excellence of FINS – FOODstars” officially began on December 1st, 2015. The three-year project aims to strengthen the research potential and innovation capacity of FINS researchers, in close cooperation with eminent research institutions in the EU, who will use gained knowledge to obtain results

that will be applicable in the food industry. Project activities include general public education in the workshops and themed evenings. Project partners are Teagasc - Agriculture and Food Development Authority of Ireland and the University of Bologna , Italy. Project coordinator is Dr Milica Pojić, Research Associate of the Institute. Find more information about project soon on our website www.foodstars.uns.ac.rs.
