Disclaimer: this isn’t one of those posts where I’m telling you what to do because i recently started doing it, just offering up my experience 🫶🏾

I recently started to notice how much i would look at my phone, doom scrolling and grabbing it whenever i heard a notification. One day it occurred to me that it felt a lot like an addiction and… EEEYYYYUUUCCK 😒, I needed to make a change asap. I have an app that locks me out of my social media and only allows a certain amount of time when i do go on and baby it’s honestly changed the game. There’s so much s**t that can get done in the time that it takes to scroll and I feel like Miss Maxine Walter’s cuz baby I’m reclaiming ALL of it!
