COMIT Solution is an award-winning systems integrator specialising in IT infrastructures and Cloud Services. Due to Expansion of our operations, we are seeking to employ a motivated individual to assume the role of Level 1 Systems Engineer.



Job Description

Act as the 1st Line Support to clients
Provide IT support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
Utilize and maintain the Support tracking software; Resolve incidents added to the Support system, or escalate incidents to the relevant IT expert.
Administer and support customers desktop PC’s, laptops, printers, VoIP and mobile telephony systems
Microsoft 365 Administration
Provide local and remote support to customers.
Deploy new hardware and software systems
Effectively escalate issues


Person Specifications/Characteristics

University Degree in Information Systems or related field
Excellent use of both English and Greek language
Able to use own initiative, prioritise and work independently
Fast learner with the ability to master new technologies quickly and to work in a constantly changing environment
Willingness to learn and take professional industry certifications a must
Must have strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
Organized with an excellent time and task management skills
Strong communication skills
Team Spirit. Be able to work as a valued member of a team


Additional Qualifications that will be considered a plus

Previous experience in a similar role
Microsoft Certifications
Experience with Office365 / Azure
Experience with VMWare
Good understanding of Networking / CCNA
Ability to manage and configure both Windows and Linux Operating Systems and server-side services and applications
Ability to troubleshoot PC/Server and Networking issues
Good knowledge and troubleshooting skills in Windows 10
Understanding of IT security procedures and methods
