September is a good time to reassess your plan against today’s reality. Ask:
- What has changed since you set your 2026 plan, and does Q4 need to change with it?
- Which 2026 goals are still realistic, and which need to be reconsidered?
- What is the biggest obstacle making it harder for your team to deliver?
- Do you have the right expertise, time, and resources to deliver your Q4 priorities?

Use these questions before finalising your Q4 plan. A clearer Q4 starts with knowing what still deserves your focus.

How can outdoor learning and entrepreneurship create more inclusive opportunities for young people?

Move4Change supports young people from rural, Roma, migrant, and NEET backgrounds in developing confidence, resilience, teamwork, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

At the same time, youth workers are being equipped with practical methods they can use in their work through a training package, Train-the-Trainer workshops, Outdoor Inspiration Labs, social enterprise activities, and hands-on learning experiences.

With activities currently underway across partner countries, the project is working towards engaging 80+ youth workers and 80+ young people.

Through the DesignSmart project, and along with our European partners, our team is developing practical training, digital tools and mentoring for VET providers, women entrepreneurs and SMEs.

The project supports better industry-focused training, stronger green and digital skills, and more resilient and sustainable women-led businesses.
