Brussels, 14 October, 2026. Our team is representing InnoEUsphere at JA Europe’s From Skills to Opportunity forum, where the Cultural BEES session puts skills recognition in the cultural and creative sectors in front of policymakers, educators and employers.

Recognising creative skills is not a side topic for us. Through Cultural BEES we work on exactly this: giving young creatives evidence, tools and credentials that employers and funders take seriously. Good to see the project’s results shaping the discussion in Brussels today.

🎨 From Poland to Cyprus, leaving a little creativity behind! 🇵🇱🇨🇾

Our ALMA participants, Kamila, Eliza and Tymon, had the opportunity to explore their artistic side through a unique creative experience offered by Cyprus Art Retreat in Ayioi Vavatsinias.

The result? A beautiful mural in Agioi Vavatsinias, near Chloe’s Kitchen, bringing colour, creativity and a little piece of their journey to the local community! 💙

And this is exactly the power of ALMA. It is not just about internships and gaining professional experience. It is also about discovering hidden talents, trying something new, connecting with local communities and creating memories that stay with you long after the mobility ends.

At InnoEUsphere, we believe that meaningful learning happens beyond the workplace, through authentic experiences that inspire personal growth and leave a lasting impact.

🐝 Cultural BEES is heading to Brussels! 🇪🇺

After a journey built around culture, creativity, entrepreneurship and the skills young people need for the future, Cultural BEES is reaching its final European event.

For us at InnoEUsphere, this project has always been about something very practical: helping young people see that creativity can become skills, ideas, opportunities — and even a career path.

On 14 October, partners and stakeholders from across Europe will come together in Brussels for:

From Skills to Opportunity – Empowering Talent, Innovation and Inclusive Learning for Europe’s Competitiveness

And you can join online too. 💻

Two dedicated Cultural BEES sessions will look at how skills in the Cultural and Creative Industries can be recognised, developed and better connected to real opportunities — moving from what we have learned through the project to what can happen next.

Across Cyprus, Bulgaria and Italy, Cultural BEES has involved 1,000 young people in exploring creative entrepreneurship, cultural heritage, digital skills and new possibilities within the cultural and creative sectors. 🎨

A journey we are very happy to have been part of — and one that we hope continues well beyond the project itself.

Few people understand the EU budget the way Daniele Viotti does.

As a Member of the European Parliament, he was General Rapporteur for the 2019 European budget and shadow rapporteur on the EU's own resources, one of the people who actually wrote the rules this profession works within.

We are so excited to announce our new project, Cohesion Remix! 🎧

For the next 12 months we will be working with at least 60 young creators across four countries, helping them tell the story of EU Cohesion Policy the way their generation actually tells stories: in their own voice, their own formats and their own words.

We have already had our kick-off meeting in Thessaloniki on 7 and 8 September, warmly hosted by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, together with our partners IPAZIA Production from Romania and INMEDIA Solutions from Spain. Two great days, and we came home with a plan we are proud of.

Exciting day for our ALMA trainees, as they immerse in the very core of the Cypriot culture, visiting Agious Vavatsinias, a rural village in Larnaka region. Our mentor is facilitating the visit, making sure the trainees enjoy the experience in full! 🤩

🌿 A major HERS milestone!

60 stories of migrant women living in Greece, Italy and Cyprus have now been collected, documented and shared through the HERS website.

Behind each story is a journey of courage, trust, mentoring, cultural heritage and artistic expression. Together with their artistic mentors, these women transformed personal experiences, memories and traditions into meaningful creative works.

It has been an enriching journey, but not an easy one. ODYSSEA, INNOEUSPHERE and CEIPES are proud to celebrate this important achievement together.

Growing together. Reflection. Collaboration. Time for us. Honesty. Being upfront, especially where our day gets harder. 🌱

These are the things we had the chance to work on during a six-hour training workshop with the team at LIV Hospitality Group, who trusted our organisation to lead it.

Last Friday, our HRDA-certified lead trainer Christina Achilleos delivered a hands-on workshop built around exactly this: clarity, connection, and coordination, and the honesty it takes for a team to really work well together.

This is the work we love to design and lead. Development training that creates real space for a team to reflect, reconnect, and grow together. Thanks to for the trust ⭐️🙌🏻
