Senior Audit Manager
Required Qualifications
• Fully qualified member of ACCA or ACA.
• At least 4 years of audit experience in an audit firm.
• Excellent knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), with proven ability to apply them in practice.
• Very good command of both Greek and English languages.
• Strong proficiency in audit software (e.g., CaseWare) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform audit procedures, plan and lead engagements with clear timelines and objectives.
• Conduct initial risk assessments and prepare audit strategy documentation.
• Review audit files, ensuring proper referencing, cross-checking, and compliance with methodology.
• Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and manage expectations.
• Coach and support staff, identifying areas for growth and encouraging development.
• Monitor progress against budgets and deadlines, reporting variances to Managers or Partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, including quality control processes.
