Yesterday, our Founder Marianna Hadjiandoniou attended the inauguration ceremony of the new main campus of Pascal Limassol, marking the opening of the school’s new facilities and the beginning of a new era for Pascal.

The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Νίκος Χριστοδουλίδης - Nikos Christodoulides, President of the Republic of Cyprus. His presence highlighted the importance of supporting and standing alongside the younger generation as they shape the future.

Growth remains a key focus not only for us, but also for our clients, as we continue building long-term partnerships and going beyond being an HR provider to becoming a strategic HR partner.

International expansion is another important priority, coming as a continuation of our expansion into Dubai back in 2023 and our ongoing drive to create opportunities beyond borders. A recent example of this was our founder’s visit to Armenia with the SBL Club by Natalia Kardash exploring opportunities for international cooperation and business growth between Cyprus and Armenia.

One of the most significant meetings during our Founder’s recent visit to Armenia was with the International Chamber of Commerce of Armenia, where important discussions took place around strengthening international business relations between Cyprus and Armenia, as well as broader topics related to global connectivity, collaboration, and cross-border opportunities.

The meeting was held in the presence of Rafi Samardjian, president of the ICC and founder of .am, making it a truly valuable exchange of ideas and perspectives.

Day two in Armenia as part of the SBL Club delegation organized by Natalia Kardash.

A focused day of meetings and conversations around international cooperation, investment, and business development.

We had the opportunity to meet with the Council of the International Business Relations Support and connect with representatives from Enterprise Armenia discussing opportunities for collaboration, cross-border partnerships, and long-term business growth.

The day concluded at Capital Club, connecting with a strong community of entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Another memorable moment from the first day was our meeting with Mantashyants Business Club, recognized as the world’s largest Armenian business network, where valuable discussions took place around entrepreneurship, international cooperation, and future opportunities.

It’s clear that building strong relationships and open dialogue is key to creating real, long-term opportunities across borders.

Our Founder Marianna Hadjiandoniou is currently in Armenia as part of the SBL Club delegation organized by Natalia Kardash, participating in a series of high-level meetings focused on building new partnerships, strengthening international business relations, and exploring future expansion opportunities.

Yesterday’s agenda included an important meeting with the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, Lilya Sirakanyan. During the discussions, key topics included the current challenges around talent availability, workforce development, and the importance of creating stronger international business connections to support long-term economic growth.

Among other engagements, she also held several additional meetings with respected business leaders and organizations, exchanging ideas around collaboration, entrepreneurship, and future opportunities between business communities.

Today, the program continues with further meetings and discussions aimed at strengthening relationships and exploring new areas of cooperation.

We were proud to attend the alongside our Founder, reaffirming our commitment to supporting Cyprus’ growing role as a global business and innovation leader.

The forum brought together inspiring entrepreneurs, investors, innovators, and leaders from around the world, creating meaningful discussions about the future of Cyprus and its international impact.

One especially inspiring meeting was with , a great example of how innovation and entrepreneurship can flourish abroad while still maintaining a strong connection to where we started.
