Role Description:
On behalf of our client, this is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Cleaner and Manager, located in Nicosia. The role involves performing cleaning duties at various locations in Cyprus, managing cleaning staff, developing cleaning schedules, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and conducting regular inspections. The Manager will also be responsible for training staff, ordering cleaning supplies, and maintaining inventory.
Qualifications:
-Knowledge of the cleaning business
-Experience in cleaning and managing cleaning staff
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
-Ability to train and supervise a team effectively
-Proficient in ordering and managing cleaning supplies and inventory
-Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
-Previous experience in a management or supervisory role is a plus
-Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Speaks English, Greek and additional European languages.
-Has a valid EU driving license
