Linki Updates: Teams Interface
We’ve just finished our work on the Teams interface on our platform and we are ready to share the key info about the new feature with you.
Teams Marketplace
One of the main components of Linki is our marketplace of teams. The service allows you to make full use of outstaffing to quickly launch IT projects by attracting self-organized teams.
You can hire ready-made teams with a proven track record capable of taking on any serious project on short notice.
In the coming weeks, we'll deploy a directory of teams.
Teams Interface
Thanks to the newly-added Teams interface, Project Managers can build their own teams to execute full-cycle projects, as well as offer full-time or part-time employment and cooperate with numerous experts.
This section helps PMs put together custom teams consisting of specialists from and outside of Linki whom they can invite at any moment.
Alternatively, you can join Linki with your existing team and expand it by recruiting the experts available on the platform, choosing those with the optimal skillset and productivity level.
How PMs Can Create Teams
A PM can create a new team’s profile by adding a description, specifying its areas of expertise, and attaching a portfolio. After joining the team, the PM can plan the workload and assign team members to any project immediately.
PMs can add team members by selecting them from their list of favorite experts or via a referral link. In order to join the team, the Expert needs to accept an offer from the PM.
By default, Experts can join any number of teams.
Yet, PMs can mark a certain Expert as their exclusive employee. This way, the Expert will lose the ability to work with other PMs or accept any external job offers. Such a format fits established studios and agencies that have their own employees and wish to get an extra stream of orders.
