This program which focuses on hands-on F&B Operations will introduce you to food and beverage business management applications, micro and macroeconomics, financial accounting, data analysis, marketing, and managerial accounting, cost control, and food production, as well as developing your communication and management skills.
 The enrollment in this program will enable you upon completion, to transfer credit to the Mesoyios academic bachelor's degree, on Hotel Operation Management or Hotel Management programs.

The Professional Diploma in Hotel Maintenance Management is designed to prepare you for a management role within the hospitality industry. Hotel maintenance is the upkeep of the various systems and components used in the hospitality industry. In this program, delegates will gain a thorough understanding of the control of gross profit and pricing methods. This program describes the essential accounting for anyone in the hospitality industry, which includes hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs, and similar businesses. It familiarizes the accountant with basic concepts and then addresses the various types of financial statements and the accounting needed to construct them. More detailed accounting topics include payroll, fixed assets, and payables. There are also many managerial accounting topics, such as the construction of a budget, price formulation systems, cost-volume-profit analysis, and cash management. In short, the course prepares the accountant for any accounting issues likely to arise in the hospitality industry.
The program extends the knowledge obtained at Certificate Level and concentrates on providing learners with the additional knowledge, skills, and techniques required for the efficient management of hotel & catering operations

This program which focuses on hands-on Public Relations function will introduce you to technical knowledge and skills required to manage successfully a Public Relations department including; analyzing and interpreting public opinion, researching, conducting, and evaluating business management applications, setting objectives, planning, budgeting, recruiting and training staff.
The professional practice of public relations includes communication arts, psychology, sociology, political science, economics, and the principles of management ethics, public issues analysis, media relations, direct mail, institutional advertising, publications, film/video productions, special events, speeches, and presentations.
