Your Nanny Family should be covering your travel insurance. Whether you are in a full-time position or doing short term travel nanny roles, if your families are wanting you to travel with them, they need to cover your travel insurance.
It is the Nannies responsibility to ask and the Nanny families responsibility to act. If anything, it should be a clause written in your contract.

I can’t stress how important it is that Nannies have travel insurance when they leave home to go and work abroad ✈️🏥
