P Square Services Ltd is expanding and we are looking for a motivated Recruitment & Client Success Coordinator to join our team and support our growing hospitality recruitment operations.
Requierments:
Strong communication & organisational skills
Well knowledge of Microsoft office
English required (Greek is an advantage)
Confident when speaking with clients and candidates
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience with interviews is a must
Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage
Key Rensposiblities:
Communicating with clients to gather job details and understand their staffing needs
Coordinating job posts with our Social Media Manager and reviewing ad guidelines
Contacting leads and presenting job opportunities
Preparing or collecting CVs/screening forms
Forwarding candidates' CVs/screening forms to clients
Matching candidates with suitable roles
Scheduling interviews and following up with clients and candidates
Assisting with salary discussions when required
Following up after placement to ensure smooth onboarding
Collecting information for invoicing
Maintaining organised records, databases, and documentation
Providing support for urgent hospitality placements (occasional weekend communication)
Compensation:
Salary based up to 1000 Euros for the first 6 months
Commission on the gross salary of each successful placement
Monday–Friday (6 hours per day)
