Fikardos Winery started from one man’s passion and love for wine, a hobby that over the years transformed into a successful and exiting business. Theodoros Fikardos established his winery in 1990 based on one simple rule, to produce wines that reveal Cyprus true character. With its suitable soil composition and its infinite sunshine, Paphos is blessed with being the ideal place to grow vines in perfection. At Fikardos Winery, vinification is carried out with care and use of modern equipment. The love, passion and skill are the key ingredients for our high-quality wines.

Αναμφίβολα, μία από τις πιο απαιτητικές σοδειές που βιώνει η Κύπρος, με πρωταγωνιστή το υπέροχο Ξυνιστέρι. Μια σειρά από ατυχώς κλιματικά φαινόμενα οδήγησε στη μικρότερη συγκομιδή Ξυνιστεριού που έχουμε δει ποτέ.

Undoubtedly on of the most challenging vintages Cyprus is going through with protagonist the wonderful Xynisteri. A series of unfortunate climate events has let to the smallest Xynisteri harvest we have ever seen.

Η οργανωμένη ξενάγηση πραγματοποιείται μία φορά την ημέρα, στις 14:30.

Σας προτείνουμε να κάνετε κράτηση εκ των προτέρων, ώστε να εξασφαλίσετε τη θέση και την ώρα που επιθυμείτε.

Veraison has begun! 🍇

Today we spotted our first Shiraz changing colour—the start of veraison, when grapes begin to ripen and develop the flavours and aromas that will shape this year's vintage.

This means harvest is getting closer!!!

Eng. Below 👇 - Λευκή Σκιά: ένα σπάνιο λευκό κρασί από την αυτόχθονη ερυθρή ποικιλία Μαύρο.

Από έναν αμπελώνα στη Λετύμπου της Πάφου, το κρασί ωρίμασε για 7 μήνες πάνω στις οινολάσπες του, αναδεικνύοντας ένα απόλυτα φρέσκο και εκφραστικό προφίλ.

Για εμάς, το Μαύρο είναι κάτι πολύ περισσότερο από την Κουμανδαρία. Με τη Λευκή Σκιά αναδεικνύουμε το κρυμμένο δυναμικό των αυτόρριζων, γηγενών ποικιλιών της Κύπρου και τη δική μας φιλοδοξία να συμβάλουμε στο μέλλον της κυπριακής αμπελουργίας.

Το Fikardos Xynisteri 2025 απέσπασε Ασημένιο Μετάλλιο στo Decanter World W**e Awards με 91 βαθμούς, την υψηλότερη βαθμολογία που έλαβε Ξυνιστέρι στον διαγωνισμό!

Fikardos Xynisteri 2025 has been awarded a Silver Medal at Decanter Awards. Rated 91 points, making it the highest-scoring Xynisteri in the competition!

Το Fikardos Giannoudi 2022 βραβεύτηκε με Xάλκινο Mετάλλιο στο Decanter World W**e Awards. Βαθμολογήθηκε με 86 βαθμούς. Από την πρώτη του εμφάνιση το 2017, κάθε εσοδεία του Γιαννούδι έχει βραβευτεί σε διεθνή διαγωνισμό οίνου.

Fikardos Giannoudi 2022 has been awarded a Bronze medal at Decanter Awards. Rated with 86 points. Since its debut in 2017, every vintage of our Giannoudi has been awarded at an international w**e competition.
