✔Receiving telephone and on-line orders and issuing invoices
✔Preparing documents for equipment delivery (invoice, guarantee, maintenance agreement)
✔Recording service calls for service team
✔Updating the service team on new calls and organising of service calls
✔Operation and update of the company system
✔Handling of the main company documents and filing
✔Responsible for ISO processes and records
