The Annual Internal Audit Forum has successfully concluded in Nicosia, bringing together internal audit professionals, regulatory experts, and industry stakeholders for a high-impact day of knowledge sharing. The event delivered fresh perspectives on the evolving risk landscape and reinforced the critical role of internal audit in strengthening organizational resilience. Official addresses were delivered by the Deputy Minister to the President, Ms Irene Piki, on behalf of the President of the Republic of Cyprus and the President of the House of Representatives, Ms Annita Demetriou.
This year’s Forum featured keynote addresses and expert panel discussions, covering the most pressing issues facing the profession. Speakers explored the rapidly changing risk environment, emerging regulatory expectations, and the accelerating adoption of digital tools such as Artificial Intelligence and data-driven methodologies within internal audit functions.
