Το Τμήμα Φορολογίας ενημερώνει ότι, με απόφαση του Εφόρου Φορολογίας η ημερομηνία εμπρόθεσμης υποβολής της Δήλωσης Φ.Π.Α. και πληρωμής του οφειλόμενου Φ.Π.Α. για την περίοδο που έληξε στις 30/6/2026, καθώς και υποβολής του Ανακεφαλαιωτικού Πίνακα (VIES) για την περίοδο που αφορά τον μήνα Ιούλιο 2026, παρατείνεται μέχρι τις 20/08/2026, λόγω της περιόδου των θερινών διακοπών.

Μετά τις 20/08/2026, η υποβολή της εν λόγω Δήλωσης Φ.Π.Α., η πληρωμή του οφειλόμενου Φ.Π.Α. και η υποβολή του εν λόγω Ανακεφαλαιωτικού Πίνακα (VIES) θα θεωρηθούν εκπρόθεσμες και θα υπόκεινται σε χρηματικές επιβαρύνσεις και πρόσθετο φόρο ως ακολούθως:
- 100 για μη έγκαιρη υποβολή της Δήλωσης Φ.Π.Α., και
- Πρόσθετο φόρο 10% επί του οφειλόμενου Φ.Π.Α.
- €50 για μη έγκαιρη υποβολή του Ανακεφαλαιωτικού Πίνακα (VIES)

Το Τμήμα Φορολογίας υπενθυμίζει ότι, με βάση το άρθρο 48Α του περί Βεβαιώσεως και Εισπράξεως Φόρων Νόμου Ν.4/1978, όπως αυτό θεσπίστηκε στο πλαίσιο της φορολογικής μεταρρύθμισης, από την 1η Ιουλίου 2026, η καταβολή ενοικίων που αφορούν ακίνητη ιδιοκτησία εντός της Κύπρου διενεργείται αποκλειστικά μέσω:
-τραπεζικού εμβάσματος, ή
-πληρωμής με χρεωστική ή πιστωτική κάρτα, ή
-οποιουδήποτε άλλου αναγνωρισμένου ηλεκτρονικού μέσου πληρωμής.
Η πιο πάνω υποχρέωση εφαρμόζεται σε όλα τα φυσικά και νομικά πρόσωπα, ανεξαρτήτως του ύψους του ενοικίου και του είδους χρήσης της ακίνητης ιδιοκτησίας.
Κάθε δικαιούχος ενοικίου που αφορά ακίνητη ιδιοκτησία εντός της Κύπρου δεν δύναται να αποδέχεται την είσπραξη τέτοιου ενοικίου με οποιοδήποτε άλλο τρόπο, πέραν αυτών που καθορίζονται πιο πάνω.

Το Τμήμα Φορολογίας ενημερώνει ότι, λόγω προγραμματισμένης αναβάθμισης του συστήματος Tax For All (TFA), θα πραγματοποιηθεί προσωρινή διακοπή της λειτουργίας του συστήματος το Σάββατο, 23/05/2026, στις 10:00 π.μ., έως και την Κυριακή 24/05/2026, στις 23:00.

Το Τμήμα Φορολογίας απολογείται για τυχόν ταλαιπωρία και ευχαριστεί το κοινό για την κατανόηση και τη συνεργασία του.
