PRWeek released the “Agency Business Report” for 2021 and it clearly documents an extraordinary year by any measure, with firms posting average growth of 18% across the board globally! As explained by the editorial director, “this wasn’t just a readjustment after the cutbacks, furloughs and challenges of the COVID-19 health pandemic of 2020. The PR industry bounced back strongly in Q3 and, especially, Q4 of 2020, so comparisons with 2019 are as stunning as those with the topsy-turvy COVID year.”
There’s a fresh respect for PR counsel at all levels of business and organizations and long may that continue. Well done Edelman team for yet another awesome year!
