DBA is the first European Dental Business Administration Mastership course exclusively designed from dentists for dentists in order to reinforce them with the knowledge to efficiently manage and coordinate the
ir dental clinics. DBA includes all knowledge and material of an MBA (Master in Business Administration) in only 10 days and with a dental orientation. It gives its participants the power, knowledge strategy and skills in order to be able to efficiently manage, promote, coordinate, administrate their dental clinic, staff and patients as well as pursue an administrational or managerial carrier in the dental field. DBA includes all knowledge and material of an MBA (Master in Business Administration) in only 10 days and with an exclusive dental orientation, with daily examples and problems that dentist phase. The modules consisting the course are:

2) Presentation & Communication Skills,
3) Accounting,
4) Creation of Business Plan,
5) Human Resources Management
6) Written Exam for Modules of the 1st session / Leadership
7) Economics
8) Consumer (Patient) Behaviour
9) Patient Satisfaction Surveys & Negotiation Skills
10) Written Exam for Modules of the 2nd session / Presentation & Assessment of the Business Plan
The course will be conducted in English. Due to its flexibility it has the option to be attended either as daily seminars, as a selection of seminars or as a complete Mastership course. Knowledge:
