Our firm is growing and we are looking to hire Accountants and Auditors to join our team.

Accountants:
Job offered for experienced accountants in an Accounting firm, based in Nicosia. Required minimum of 2 years previous experience, in a similar position.
Good knowledge of Accounting, VAT, Payroll preparation and Tax Returns is required.

Qualifications Required:

Good knowledge of IFRS and IAS standards
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English Languages
Any knowledge of other languages will be considered an additional advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
Knowledge of CaseWare International
Knowledge of AML legislation and KYC procedures
Knowledge of accounting software packages
Ability to organise and supervise
Team-working skills
Organizational and communication skills
Other desired qualifications:
Desire to evolve and learn new abilities

Our firm is looking to hire an office administrator in Nicosia

The administrator must be organized and goal-oriented with a mission to keep the office administrative operations in order.

Candidate may be career beginner or have proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role. Whereas applicable, previous experience in accounting, auditing or legal firms will be considered an advantage.

Office Administrator Job Responsibilities:

· Manage the general email of the company by ensuring the appropriate persons are informed of client requests.
· Prioritize the administration needs of the office from coordination with the manager and director by updating the list of pending work.
· Support company operations by maintaining office system files updates such us list of outgoing and incoming correspondence, list of filing to be done and others
· Organizing office operations and procedures
· Designing filing systems and keeping the office sharepoint up to date with scanning and filing.
· Assist the office staff with administration tasks.
· Welcoming visitors
· Prepare presentations/proposals of the firm to potential clients
· Point office needs such as stationery and repairs and maintenance
· Submitting documents to various government departments such as the Registrar of Companies.
· Social Media Platforms/Website publications and administration whereas advised by Management. Post social media updates and send company newletter.

Education and Experience Requirements:

· PA diploma / Secretarial Studies / Office Administration diploma / Business Administration/Any other relevant Degree or certification.
· Excellent Microsoft Office Tools skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, e.t.c.).
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Excellent report writing and analytical skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Discretion and confidentiality.
· Excellent command of Greek and English language.
· Familiarity with Office Management procedures and office management software s would be preferable but not obligatory.
· Familiarity basic accounting principles and bookkeeping will be considered an advantage.
· Ability to work with deadlines in fast pace environment.
