Ήξερες ότι το ISO 22000 δεν απευθύνεται μόνο σε μεγάλες βιομηχανίες;

Πολλοί πιστεύουν ότι αφορά αποκλειστικά εργοστάσια παραγωγής.

Λάθος.

Το ISO 22000 εφαρμόζεται σε κάθε κρίκο της αλυσίδας τροφίμων:
✔ παραγωγούς
✔ μεταποιητές
✔ αποθήκες & logistics
✔ μεταφορικές εταιρείες
✔ επιχειρήσεις catering

Δεν ελέγχει απλώς το τελικό προϊόν.
Ελέγχει ολόκληρο το σύστημα διαχείρισης ασφάλειας τροφίμων — πρόληψη κινδύνων, ιχνηλασιμότητα, διαχείριση κρίσεων.

Ήξερες ότι για να γίνει το τυρί σου... θανατώθηκε ένα ζώο;
Πολλοί θεωρούν το τυρί 100% vegetarian, αλλά η αλήθεια κρύβεται στην πυτιά.
Η παραδοσιακή πυτιά (ένζυμο για το πήξιμο του γάλακτος) λαμβάνεται από το στομάχι νεαρών ζώων. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι για πολλά διάσημα τυριά (όπως η αυθεντική Παρμεζάνα ή ορισμένες Φέτες Π.Ο.Π.), η θανάτωση του ζώου είναι απαραίτητη.

!!!Μην μπερδεύεις το "γαλακτοκομικό" με το "vegetarian".

Πώς θα είσαι σίγουρος; Αναζήτησε τη σφραγίδα Certify Vegetarian από την Certify Standards.

✓ Εγγυόμαστε ότι χρησιμοποιήθηκε μόνο μικροβιακή ή φυτική πυτιά.
✓ Πιστοποιούμε μόνο όσα τυροκομικά σέβονται τη ζωή των ζώων.
