What an evening! 🇨🇾🇳🇱
Our EC Cyprus event in Limassol with Roel Schaart from the Netherlands was something special. Highly positive vibes, a great atmosphere, intelligent people and, most importantly, some really deep conversations about entrepreneurship, leadership, business and life.
Roel brings more than 20 years of international coaching experience, over 10,000 coaching hours and has worked with executives and teams connected with companies including BMW, Ford, Audi, Google and Unilever. He also spent around a decade working alongside Tony Robbins, bringing a very different perspective to leadership, communication and personal performance.
But honestly, the most valuable part wasn't simply listening to a speaker. It was having entrepreneurs in the same room who were willing to ask difficult questions, challenge ideas and share their own experiences.
This is why I keep saying that networking is not about collecting business cards. It's about sitting down with the right people, having a proper conversation and sometimes hearing one idea that can completely change the way you look at your business.
At EC Cyprus we don't want to organise events just to fill a room. Quality matters more than quantity. The quality of the people, the conversations and the ideas.
Thank you to everyone who came and helped create such a great atmosphere. And a big thank you to Roel for sharing his experience with us.
