Position
Title: Head Chef
Work schedule: 6 days per week
Salary: €1,800 NET per month
Benefits: Free accommodation provided single room
Minimum Candidate Requirements
The candidate must have:
Minimum 20+ years experience in professional kitchens
Proven experience in a similar senior role (Head Chef / Executive Chef / Senior Sous Chef in a resort/hotel)
Strong experience in buffet operations and high-volume production
Ability to manage a full brigade: planning, prep, hygiene controls, staff supervision and training
Strong knowledge of:
Mediterranean cuisine
International buffet variety (Asian/Indian/Chinese basics is a strong plus)
Food cost control, stock management, and waste reduction
Hygiene / HACCP procedures
