Electrical design and supervision for a residential extension in Anavargos

CONGEO undertook the electrical study, design, and supervision of a new electrical installation for an extensive residential extension project in Anavargos.

We worked with closely with architects Arkate.Studio to ensure the seamless integration of the new infrastructure with the architectural design of the building in order to fully reflect the client's needs and requirements.

We are now in the project supervision phase, ensuring the correct implementation of the new electrical installation.

COMPLETED PROJECT

We had the pleasure of collaborating with EJ Architects on the extensive renovation of "THE STAR" a magnificent 340m² villa located in Kissonerga, Paphos. The extent of the property renovation required a completely new study for the electrical installation.

As so, a new Electrical Study was undertaken by our company as well as the supervision of the new electrical installation, making sure that it was installed correctly according to the approved plans.

Following meticulous planning and ex*****on, we are proud to say that our company delivered a safe and efficient electrical system that perfectly complements the villa's transformation.

COMPLETED PROJECT

Another wonderful project was completed, this time for the spectacular Villa Julia a single-story house of 350m².

Our company undertook the Electrical Study of the project as well as the Supervision of the Electrical Installation, making sure it was in compliance with safety legislations and following the electrical plans.

Η ανακαίνιση ενός σπιτιού ή μιας επιχείρησης συνήθως απαιτεί και αναβάθμιση της ηλεκτρολογικής εγκατάστασης του κτιρίου, που είναι ένα από τα σημαντικότερα σημεία σε μια ανακαίνιση!

Ο λόγος για τον οποίο χρήζει ιδιαίτερης προσοχής η αναβάθμιση/ανακαίνιση στα ηλεκτρολογικά είναι διότι στην περίπτωση που δεν γίνει από την αρχή σωστά, θα χρειαστούν δαπανηρές και χρονοβόρες εργασίες μελλοντικά για να διορθωθούν τα λάθη.

Όταν κτίζετε ή ανακαινίζετε το σπίτι σας, η Ηλεκτρολογική Μελέτη σίγουρα δεν είναι το πρώτο που θα σκεφτείτε ότι χρειάζεστε. Ωστόσο ο σκοπός και τα οφέλη της είναι ζωτικής σημασίας για την λειτουργικότητα και την ασφάλεια των χρηστών και του κτιρίου.

Τα οφέλη είναι ως εξής: 👇

◾ Η ηλεκτρολογική μελέτη υπογραμμίζει όλους τους πιθανούς κινδύνους για να γίνουν γρήγορα τροποποιήσεις.

◾ Διασφαλίζει ότι η ηλεκτρολογική σας εγκατάσταση λειτουργεί με ασφάλεια και μέγιστη απόδοση.

◾ Η ηλεκτρολογική μελέτη διασφαλίζει ότι η ηλεκτρολογική εγκατάσταση του κτιρίου σας έχει ολοκληρωθεί σύμφωνη με τη νομοθεσία και τους κανονισμούς.

◾ Μια ηλεκτρολογική μελέτη αποτρέπει τα ατυχήματα επειδή εντοπίζει με ακρίβεια όλα τα αναμενόμενα σφάλματα της εγκατάστασης που μπορεί να είναι επικίνδυνα και χρειάζονται περαιτέρω προσοχή.

It was a true pleasure to have had the chance to work on this outstanding project for the PaphosVets Animal Hospital.

We undertook the design of the Electrical Installation to meet the unique requirements of this modern and truly contemporary architectural marvel, as well as supervising the electrical installation every step of the way until completion.

Ήταν μεγάλη μας χαρά που μας δόθηκε η ευκαιρία να συμμετάσχουμε και εμείς στην κατασκευή και ολοκλήρωση αυτού του μοναδικού έργου, για το υπερσύγχρονο κτηνιατρικό νοσοκομείο του PaphosVets Animal Hospital στην Κισσόνεργα.
