Creative Team Leader

The role

The role of creative team leaders is similar to the role of the conductor of an orchestra. They stand in front of the group to provide guidance and to keep all members in sync and they are keen observers.



The Responsibilities

Reporting to the Managing Director as a Creative Team Leader you will be responsible for the overall direction of the team’s work, providing feedback, and ensuring the team’s output serves the marketing strategy. You will also act as a liaison between the creative team and project stakeholders. Overall you will manage the communication with clients and external associates, prepare and archive the company’s contracts, set up meetings, issue invoices, and receipts, organise payments and assist in the organization of events.

The Requirements

A University Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint & Outlook.
Excellent office management skills.
Analytical thinking and capability to understand business requirements.
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

Mechanical Engineer


A well established company is looking to recruit a Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team based in Paphos. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of all electromechanical installations.



Main Responsibilities:



· Responsible for the 24/7 operation of all the electromechanical systems of the infrastructure, facilities, and private properties. These include Sewage Treatment Plant, Sewage network, and pumping stations. Potable, Irrigation supply, and distribution systems. Electromechanical systems of the facilities and private properties. [LN1]

· Review, prepare and implement the detailed preventive maintenance schedules of the above electromechanical systems. In addition, this person will be responsible for the necessary repair of all electromechanical equipment.

Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure that all given services are according to their agreements and product specification.
Supervise in cooperation with the management team and the human resources dept, the employee-training program of the organization for all existing and new maintenance of team members.
Assume a key role in long-term maintenance planning.
Incorporate and support efficient maintenance reporting structure, communication and calculation of services costing.
Incorporate efficient processes in the method of working for a faster response to clients’ inquiries relating to repair and maintenance.
Enforce commercial skills in order to meet costs and sales budgets related to the electromechanical department.
Consider the implications of issues such as cost, safety, and time constraints.
Participate in hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating maintenance staff.
Promote a work environment that values continuous development, teamwork, and commitment.
Ensure excellent business relationships with clients and Company associates.


Necessary requirements:

8-10 years of working experience in the field of residential/hospitality electromechanical installations and maintenance
University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
The successful candidate should be a Member of ETEK
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both in written and oral.
Computer literate in MS Office and AutoCAD
Problem solving and analytical skills
Leadership skills and ability to influence others
Commercial understanding of business
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to prepare departmental budgets
