Thanks to our support of sports activities, one of our DTSE Czech Republic colleagues took on the Vokolo TRAIL race in Brno, wearing the magenta jersey at the start line. INTERNAL JOB FAIR 🔎 💼 | The event created space for colleagues to explore career opportunities and internal mobility within DTSE Czech Republic. Throughout the event, different teams introduced their daily work and shared what growth and development can look like across the company. It was a chance to meet managers in person, take part in open conversations about current roles, and think about possible next steps. The program also brought inspiration through insights into tools and trends that support career development in today’s environment.

FAMILY POWERUP SWAP 👶 🎮 | Another round of swapping, this time with a fresh seasonal twist. In Brno, the Family PowerUP community came together to exchange children’s clothes, toys, and everyday essentials - now focused on spring and summer pieces. Items that no longer fit or serve one family found their way to another, ready for the months ahead. A relaxed meet-up, practical finds, and things moving on instead of staying unused at home.

FIRST RACE OF 2026 🏃‍♀️💗 | Moving more is something we like to support - and one way we do it is by covering one race entry per employee each year. The first run of the season is already behind us - the local favourite Běh Lužánkami . Our first runners showed up with the magenta T on their chests and represented DTSE CZ out in the park. A small step, but one of many ways we support movement and everyday wellbeing.

EASTER WORKSHOP 🐣🎨 | Our traditional Easter workshop for kids and families took place again - fully in the hands of our colleagues, who prepared crafting for both younger and older kids. Everyone could create their own small Easter decorations to take home. It was a calm, easy-going afternoon with a kind atmosphere, a bit of creativity, and Easter treats on the side - both sweet and savoury.

HEALTH DAYS 🧘‍♀️💚 | Last week, our offices were all about Health Days. Taking care of both body and mind is something we genuinely try to support at DTSE Czech Republic. Colleagues could take part in nutritional counselling with InBody, have a carpal tunnel screening, try a podology consultation, or get their birthmarks looked at by a dermatologist. There was also an eye yoga workshop and a session focused on workplace ergonomics.

VÁNOČNÍ CHARITATIVNÍ SBÍRKA PRO DĚTI 🎁✨ | V DTSE Czech Republic máme rádi tradice - a jednou z těch našich je pomáhat tam, kde to dává smysl. Už několik let proto spolupracujeme s Oblastní charitou Rajhrad, která nám pomáhá vytipovat děti ze sociálně znevýhodněných rodin. Naši kolegové jim pak plní jejich vánoční přání a nakupují dárky, které by možná jinak pod stromečkem nenašli. Je to drobnost, která ale dokáže udělat velkou radost.

CHRISTMAS CHARITY DONATION FOR CHILDREN 🎁✨ | At DTSE Czech Republic, we value traditions - and one of ours is helping where it truly matters. For several years, we’ve worked with the Rajhrad Regional Charity, which helps us identify children from socially disadvantaged families. Our colleagues then fulfil their Christmas wishes and buy gifts those children might not otherwise find under the tree. It’s a small gesture that can bring a lot of joy.
