Four weeks ago, HACKATON 2026 brought colleagues together to create practical solutions, collaborate across teams and turn ideas into prototypes with real business potential. The winning projects showcased the power of AI, automation and creativity, but the biggest achievement was the collaboration, connections and new ideas that emerged along the way.

Congratulations to our winning teams:
🥇 Hotlinebusters – an AI voice assistant that helps hotline agents verify invoice details faster and more accurately.
🥈 AI Mail Assistant – a solution that automates email handling and vendor communication.
🥉 Benefit Ninjas – a tool for calculating and visualizing the value of employee benefits.
👏 Audience Award: Mlade Pusky – an AI assistant supporting HR teams by automating repetitive tasks and streamlining HR processes.

AI BLITZ CHALLENGE 🤖🏆 | In June, our Corporate Management teams took part in an interactive AI Blitz challenge. Through trainings, videos and quizzes, they explored AI tools and how they can support everyday work. In total, they completed 61 training sessions and came up with 16 ideas for improving processes in their daily work. Congratulations to the winners who received magenta prizes. A well-balanced initiative combining learning, practice and a bit of friendly competition.
