První vysazenou odrůdou je Riesling, protože právě ten dokáže charakter tohoto místa přenést do každé lahve s největší přesností. V dalších letech jej doplní Pinot Noir, odrůda, která na vápenitých půdách dosahuje své největší noblesy.
The Terasy Kurdějov Vineyard, Černá hora stands on calcareous sandstone overlain by a layer of calcareous loess. This exceptional geological foundation, combined with the sheltered microclimate of Kurdějov, creates a unique terroir that gives the wines pronounced minerality, a firm structure, and remarkable elegance.
The first variety planted here is Riesling, as it is uniquely capable of expressing the character of this site with exceptional precision in every bottle. In the years to come, it will be joined by Pinot Noir, a variety that reaches its greatest finesse on limestone-rich soils.
