We were visited by our client, Mr. Martin Smetacek, CEO/Gerente General (Golden Prague Group Company, www.goldenprague.pub ) from Ecuador. Mr. Smetacek is the owner of a brewery and several restaurants in Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands. He was interested in delivery of our equipment suitable for a small bakery.
He was shown the Okýnko artisan bakery (www.okynko.com, Ricany near Prague), which produces dozens of different types of bread, pastries, cakes and other products with various ingredients in a traditional way using its own sourdough.
Mr. Smetacek became acquainted with the equipment of this very successful artisan bakery, known for the excellent taste of its products, achieved thanks to the traditional method of production.

A reference line for pancakes production was demonstrated to our customer from the U.K. in Canada.

A unique point about this Masdac line is the fact that after production, the pancakes are frozen and their shelf life is extended up to 12 months !

The pancake line is suitable for production of single pancakes and sandwich pancakes as well. The capacity of the line is 14.000 sandwich pancakes per hour. The products can have a diameter between 60-70 mm and different kinds of filling, in this case a chocolate hazelnut filling and even double filling in one product: peanut butter and strawberry jam.

The customer was really impressed by the line.

The reference visit was also combined with a sightseeing of the Hockey Hall of Fame and attending the NHL hockey game between Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins.
