What does a real business ecosystem look like?
In business services, an accountant, lawyer, HR consultant, recruiter and insurance broker may serve the same client at different stages.
When they understand and trust one another, they can identify needs early, make valuable introductions and help the client grow.
In , collaboration can go even further.
Imagine that one company wins a major contract but lacks the capacity to deliver it alone.
Within a trusted ecosystem, another company may provide production capacity, specialised machinery, engineers, skilled workers, storage or logistics support.
Companies can also enter larger tenders together, complement one another’s capabilities and access opportunities they could never pursue independently.
