How we became the award-winning and fastest growing short-term rental company in Prague and beyond

Three years ago we started managing two apartments, doing everything on our own. This helped us to learn the short-term rental processes from upside down. With more flats under our management we implemented innovative technological tools to optimise prices, advertise flats of our clients on even more global platforms and maximise their occupancy and income. We are unique short-term rental management company that is able to advertise listings on more than 35 platforms worldwide and that is the reason we grew exponentially over the past three years in Prague and even abroad. This year we successfully expanded our operations to Greece, Spain and France with ambition to grow even more in the coming year! We currently manage over 200+ properties, hosted over 25,000 guests and generated over 2 million EUR for our clients. In February 2019 we won prestigious award ‘Business story of the year’ from the French-Czech Chamber of Commerce for impressive business growth by 300 % in the past three years since launching our start-up.
