Laura & Charlie’s wedding was another one of my favourites from 2025, again in Búðir, Iceland and once again planned by the one and only 🇮🇸

This time, not in the famous Black Church, just a few meters away on the old pier in front of - with lots of guests, a proper wild party, and such a fresh and relaxed energy. The ceremony was so cool that even a wild seal came to have a look 🦭😀

I’m incredibly grateful for all the amazing couples I get to meet through my work, and for the variety of weddings I get to photograph!

Can’t wait for the new season to kick off in less than a week in Sicily!!!!

Another Iceland elopement and another reminder that this place attracts the most easygoing, open-hearted and fun-to-work-with couples.

Rosie & Kailan travelled all the way from Australia to Iceland at the beginning of their European elopement/honeymoon road trip.

Even though we met for the first time just a few hours before their wedding ceremony at the iconic Budir Black Church, we instantly clicked. The whole day felt more like hanging out with old friends - and that’s exactly how I love working, and when the most natural and authentic wedding photos happen.

A few moments from Sierra & Lindsey’s small, super relaxed wedding on Mykonos that quite literally started and ended with messing around in the pool.
🤍🌈

As it often happens, my favorite frame (the first one) came from pure coincidence. We were waiting for our planned photo spot to clear, completely taken over by tourists and an influencer shoot (because… Mykonos 😅).

The brides were standing in the shade while I was casually playing with my camera. Their silhouettes perfectly blocked the background chaos, the wind added movement, and suddenly the moment just clicked.

We kept shooting once the location was free, but as always – the photo made while waiting turned out to be the strongest.

And fun fact – this very image ended up in the final top three of this year’s in the Portrait category, and the third photo from the very end of the day won the After Dark category...

These kinds of friendly collaborations always bring the best vibe, but this time it was something really special. Fingers crossed I’ll get to photograph these pieces again on some future brides and weddings (there are still a few dates left for 2026) ✨

As some of you know, I spend a lot of time in Croatia on the island of Brač, where I found my second summer home.

And that’s exactly where I shot a super laid-back elopement for Millie & Will at the start of October, and it was special for a bunch of reasons:

1. Millie & Will are from Tasmania, so they’re officially the couple from the farthest place I’ve ever photographed.

2. Their elopement took place in Milna and the neighbouring villages Bobovišća and Ložišča, and I’ve never shot any wedding this close to my home here. Big thanks to Lada from for making it all happen.

3. For the first time in my life, I was also a wedding witness (see the last slide). 🙈

4. The days before the wedding were a whole adventure thanks to strong Bura winds and a sudden cold front that hit Croatia earlier than usual. We were seriously hoping for good weather on the wedding day, and in the end it turned out even better than we expected. M&W even managed to take a swim in a crystal-clear bay near their Airbnb before the ceremony.
