At INPRO Institute, we are proud to be part of the EXCEED community and to contribute to initiatives like the EXCEED Skills Exhibition, where students turn ideas into real solutions for the future of advanced manufacturing and sustainability. 🌱

We were especially pleased to see a Czech team – the “Copag Boys” from SOŠ COPaG – actively contributing to this international collaboration and representing Czech VET in a European context.

The exhibition highlights what we believe in: learning through practice, collaboration and real challenges. Students are not only developing technical knowledge, but also key skills such as teamwork, systems thinking, digital competence and the ability to present their ideas clearly and confidently.

🌍 ReGENERATE partners met in Germany! 🇩🇪

Over two days, we reviewed progress across key work packages — from podcast production 🎙️ and inspirational learning materials 📊 to the development of our online learning platform 💻.

Exciting updates include:
✔️ 9 podcast episodes recorded (and growing!)
✔️ Ongoing development of interactive learning tools
✔️ Preparation for pilot testing with participants across Europe

Beyond the meeting room, we visited two inspiring farms in Hessen — Werragut and Hof 🌾 — where we explored real-life examples of regenerative and ecological farming, climate resilience, and innovative rural practices.

These experiences continue to shape our project and bring us closer to delivering practical, high-quality learning resources for sustainable agriculture. 🌿

We are happy to share the EXCEED Skills Exhibition, showcasing how students develop key competences for the future of advanced manufacturing, sustainability and digital transformation.

Through hands-on project work, students strengthen not only their technical skills, but also transversal competences such as collaboration, systems thinking and communication - all essential for today’s and tomorrow’s industry.

Skills Exhibition: What Students Are Gaining

🚜 From learning to practice: PERSONA pilot in action

As part of the PERSONA Erasmus+ project, we are currently implementing the pilot phase of the PERSONA training programme, designed to bring innovation into agricultural education. 💡
This piloting combines online learning with real work-based learning (WBL) experience, giving learners the opportunity not only to gain knowledge but also to apply it in real agricultural settings.

👩‍🌾 Participants across the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Italy, and Spain are:
✔️ Completing 120 hours of online learning across key topics such as sustainability, digital tools, robotics, and farm entrepreneurship
✔️ Taking part in a 40-hour on-site placement in farms or agricultural organisations
✔️ Testing the programme and providing valuable feedback to improve it
At INPRO, we support learners in the Czech Republic as they develop practical skills, connect learning with real work experience, and contribute to shaping the future of vocational education and training in agriculture.

👥 Invitation to Focus Groups on AI in Education

As part of the new project AI-Powered Teaching and AI Education for Future-Proof Education, we invite participants to join online focus groups exploring the use of AI in education.

🗓 Date: Wednesday, April 1, 2026
💻 Location: Zoom

👉 Sessions:
• 🧑‍🏫 Teachers, trainers, and education professionals: 13:00–14:00
• 🌍 Organisation representatives and experts (academia, public sector, industry, civil society): 15:00–16:00

👉 Format:
A structured group discussion in a small group (approx. 5 participants). No special preparation or AI expertise is required – we are interested in your experiences and perspectives. The session will be conducted in Czech.

👉 Topics we will explore:
• How AI is currently used in education from classroom, organisational, and system perspectives
• Where AI brings the most value for students, teachers, and institutions
• What challenges or concerns limit wider adoption of AI
• What skills and support are needed for meaningful use of AI in education
• How to recognise the real impact of AI on learning, teaching quality, and organisational practices

✨ What you will gain:
• A chance to share your experiences in an open and supportive environment
• Space to discuss what works – and what doesn’t
• Inspiration from others across sectors
• An opportunity to shape the direction of the project and future recommendations

We are glad to be part of the project WISE (Financial Intelligence of Immigrant Women for Independent Stability and Empowerment) 🌍

WISE is an international initiative focused on strengthening financial literacy 💡💰 and supporting the economic independence of women with a migration background.

Why does WISE matter? The project aims to create real impact by helping women to:

🔹 better understand financial systems and everyday money management 💳
🔹 develop practical financial skills for greater independence 💪
🔹 increase their confidence in making financial decisions 🧠
🔹 improve their employability and opportunities in the labour market 📈
🔹 support long-term integration and social inclusion 🌱

To achieve this, WISE will deliver a range of innovative outputs, including a competence framework, online learning (MOOC), and a network of trained educators 🎓

At the beginning of the project, partners met in Vienna for a kick-off meeting, where we aligned on goals, collaboration, and next steps. 🤝 We look forward to sharing the first results that will contribute to greater financial confidence and independence for women across Europe.

EDIGIT continues... this time from Budapest 🇭🇺

In February, representatives of the Gymnázium J. Gutha-Jarkovského met in Budapest for the third in-person project meeting, hosted by KézenFogva Alapítvány (Hand in Hand).

These two days of collaboration 🤝 were dedicated mainly to the development of the training modules for teachers 📚, aimed at making more inclusive and accessible for all students. All partners worked together on refining the content and preparing the modules for the upcoming peer review process.

✔️ As the modules are now entering their final development phase, we are also preparing the next steps, including the training sessions planned for next year.

The next in-person meeting of the project partners will take place in Prague on 23–24 September 2026.

🌍 Kick-off meeting of the DUAL.AI.TEACHer project in Łódź!

On 17–18 February 2026, partners met in Łódź, Poland to launch DUAL.AI.TEACHer: AI-Powered Teaching and AI Education for Future-Proof Education.

This Erasmus+ project aims to help teachers across Europe teach with AI and teach about AI. It responds to the growing need for AI literacy in education by developing practical training, teaching materials and certified learning pathways for educators.
Over the next years, the project will create teacher academies, an online AI learning platform with training modules and AI-enhanced lesson plans, and a certification framework supporting educators in integrating AI into everyday teaching in an ethical and meaningful way.

We are excited to start the cooperation and contribute to shaping future-ready education systems.

🚨ENSURE: Four new professional ESCO profiles

In close cooperation with fire brigades and emergency experts from 8 European countries, we are preparing 4 new ESCO professional profiles:
• Disaster Response Technologist,
• International Disaster Response Coordinator,
• Community Resilience and Engagement Officer,
• Mental Health and Resilience Trainer for Emergency Services.

As part of this process, we took part in intensive workshops with ENSURE partners in Limoges, France, on 18.-19.12.2025. Together with the consortium, we defined specific learning objectives, designed the structure of training modules, and worked on practical learning units that will shape future disaster response education. These collaborative sessions are a key step towards high-quality, practice-oriented training within the ENSURE project.

INPRO team, alongside with Czech professional firefighters and teachers from SOU DUBSKÁ, will in the upcoming months work on the training content for the profile Disaster Response Technologist, with the main focus on innovative use of UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) like drones during wildfires and similar events.

And again, within the Exceed Cove campaign “What happens when women lead in VET, AI, STEM, and Advanced Manufacturing?”, I’m excited to share another great example of how young women in Czechia are shaping the future of technical fields. 🇨🇿✨

This time, I’m reposting the inspiring story of Renata Bílá, a student pursuing her path in the Auto Electrician programme. Her journey shows how curiosity, dedication, and the right support can open doors even in demanding technical professions.

Renata’s message to girls considering similar careers is strong and encouraging – and her experience is a reminder of why visibility and real role models matter so much.
