We are pleased to welcome a new group of 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟵 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗘𝗘 - Slovakia, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Poland, Hungary, Romania, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Austria.

They’ve already completed their 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 and even stepped into 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀. Over the coming months, participants will deepen their leadership skills, explore practical tools, and reflect on how to apply them in their daily work.

We all know learning is important, but let’s be honest - when deadlines pile up, who has time for it? This Harvard Business Review article suggests that 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲.
