The Role

Partner with our recruitment consultants to deeply understand our client’s hiring needs

Create and manage effective strategies and processes to identify, source and recommend the best qualified IT talent

Create and post job advertisements, review resumes and conduct online searches and phone screening calls

Requirements

At least 1+ years sourcing experience with a focus on the IT sector or background in IT.

Familiarity with sourcing strategies including Boolean Logic, advanced LinkedIn searches and Chrome extensions.

Experience with sites such as GitHub and Stack overflow for identifying and connecting with IT talent

Advanced English, knowledge of Czech or Slovak an advantage

Team player

Ability to work to deadlines

Tech Support Engineer (L2) -

Your tasks:
Investigate complex, technical issues that arise.
Crawl through logs, database entries.
Networking (on level 1, 2) - SIP, TCP/IP.
Answer technical support requests via email, chat, and phone.

Update knowledge base and troubleshooting documentation for internal and customer use.

What do you need to have:
Strong problem-solving, investigative, decision-making and critical-thinking skills.

Knowledge of (SIP protocol) is a big plus.
