Prusament Prusament & Prusament Resin are premium quality filaments and resins by Josef Prusa. We believe the industry standard of 0.05 mm isn’t sufficient.

Proudly developed and manufactured in the Czech Republic with a focus on quality, precision, and product safety. Prusa Research is the only 3D printer manufacturer with its own filament production. We guarantee ±0.02mm precision for the vast majority of materials (±0.03 mm for blended materials) and highly-consistent colors. The whole manufacturing process is closely monitored and tested – string diameter, color consistency, and mechanical properties – to make sure that every spool is perfect!

Prusament PC Space Grade was developed with TRL Space, following strict ESA requirements for space and vacuum environments. Its low outgassing and excellent ESD properties compete with otherwise very expensive materials like PEKK or PEEK. 🚀

Low outgassing in vacuum prevents released gases or residual monomers from contaminating optical devices, causing inaccurate measurements, or damaging electronics on satellites and precision machinery. It also ensures that gas release doesn't degrade the material’s physical and mechanical properties. 🛰️

Its ESD-safe (antistatic) properties make it suitable for direct use in space components, while for hobbyists, it’s ideal for custom electronic housings (PC cases and more). PC Space Grade is printable on common desktop printers, which makes it the most affordable material of its kind. Print it with a hardened nozzle on textured, satin, or PP sheets. ✨
