The identity for Groag Residence emerged from the architectural language of the project itself.

Inspired by the legacy of architect Jacques Groag and reinterpreted through a contemporary lens, we created a visual system balancing heritage with precision and minimalism with emotional depth.

At the centre of the identity stands the key visual concept — a series of compositions referencing architectural drawings. Rather than relying on typical real estate aesthetics, the communication was designed to feel collected, tactile, and timeless.

Building on this direction, we developed a set of risograph prints that extended the experience into physical form. Objects designed not only to inform, but to create permanence and emotional value around the project.

Groag Residence is a project where contemporary architecture meets the legacy of Jacques Groag, respected Czech architect. The entire concept builds on his architectural language and reinterprets it through a calm, refined vision of contemporary living.

For Groag Residence, we created the complete brand ecosystem — from strategy and visual identity to website design, digital communication, and marketing materials. Every touchpoint was designed to reflect the same qualities as the architecture itself: clarity, elegance, timelessness, and restraint.

A project where architecture and identity were designed to feel like one continuous experience.

New residential destination Bakers Court was developed as a fully integrated brand experience, extending from physical materials to digital platforms.

We designed a cohesive suite of corporate materials including business cards, folders, bags and printed brochures, all reflecting the tactile and human qualities of the brand.

Bakers Court is a new residential destination by Metrostav Development, shaped by the history of Prague’s industrial breadmaking and the legacy of baker Odkolek.

We created a brand that puts people and craft at its centre, turning this heritage into a contemporary identity. From naming and visual system to print, web and social, the result is a unified brand experience that connects the past with modern city living.

Creating a brand for a new place means, among other things, understanding the character of the place and the story that existed long before the buildings.

Metrostav Development approached us to shape the brand for their new signature residential destination, Bakers Court. We developed the brand concept, naming system, visual identity and website.

Our starting point was the history of the area. What is now a new urban neighbourhood was once defined by the industrialisation of bread production, led by the pioneering baker Odkolek, whose bakery helped shape the district’s growth. This same concept also inspired City Work Architects, who created the overall urban concept.

Rather than focusing on the mill itself, the concept celebrates the people and the craft behind it – the baker as a symbol of creation, progress and community. This idea led to the name Bakers Court, a place that honours the human heritage of the site while presenting a new metropolitan destination.

The brand system then expands across the development through a family of identities – The Baker, Baker Garden, Baker Row and Baker Pavilion – creating a unified destination while allowing each building its own character.

As part of our collaboration with on Moving Metropolitans, we created a citywide outdoor campaign that brings the idea of metropolitan movement into the public space.

Visually, the idea is expressed through rhythm and motion. Repeated figures, shifting compositions and strong metropolitan styling capture the constant movement that defines life in Prague. Instead of presenting architecture as the hero, the visuals highlight the people who give the city its energy — those who move through it every day, working, meeting, creating and discovering.

In this sense, architecture becomes the framework, while the real story belongs to the life that takes place within and around it. A reminder that the role of a modern developer is not only to construct buildings, but to help shape the quality of urban life.

Now visible across Prague, Moving Metropolitans has become part of the city’s everyday rhythm — reflecting the people who keep it moving.

Some collaborations naturally grow into long term conversations about how cities evolve.

Together with and its CEO Ondřej Buršík, we worked on two projects that explore this idea from different angles: the brand campaign Moving Metropolitans for Metrostav Development and the strategy and identity for the new residential destination Bakers Court.

For Moving Metropolitans, our task was to help define a new creative direction for the Metrostav Development brand. We developed the strategic concept, brand narrative and creative vision for the campaign, including the outdoor and print communication as well as the design structure of the new website. The idea shifts the focus from buildings to the people who shape the city every day.

At the same time, we created the brand concept, visual identity and website for Bakers Court, a new residential destination rising on the former site of the renowned Odkolek bakeries, between the parks of Klíčov. The concept draws from the area’s industrial heritage and the story of the baker Odkolek, transforming it into a contemporary metropolitan identity that celebrates the human history of the place.

Two different projects, one shared idea: development is not only about buildings, but about the lives that unfold around them.

We appreciate Metrostav Development’s thoughtful approach to the city and their openness to explore development not only as construction, but as a cultural and human process. It is this perspective that makes collaborations like these both meaningful and inspiring.
