From 1st January 2026 the minimum social and health insurance contributions for self-employed persons (OSVČ) have increased.

*Social Insurance: For those with secondary trade licenses, the minimum contribution increases to CZK 1,574 per month and there is also a lower minimum payment for newly registered OSVČ - CZK 3,575.
