Another successful Farnborough International Airshow is in the books! ✈️

While the new tech and flying displays were incredible, the highlight of was definitely the people. Nothing beats face-to-face conversations with our partners about the future of the aerospace industry. 🤝

A big thank you to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic for organizing the Czech national pavilion, in cooperation with the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in London, and the Association of the Czech Aerospace Industry.

It was a pleasure sharing the Czech Pavilion with so many fantastic Czech companies. Until next time! 👋

Pushing the boundaries of 3D printing & hybrid manufacturing in Nantes! 🚀

We joined 67 European manufacturing leaders for the 5th and final Project IDEALIST Learning Expedition, hosted by ALBATROS Gie.

CZ: 🌍 Dva dny plné mezinárodních příležitostí jsou za námi!

Minulý týden jsme absolvovali diplomatický a exportní maraton:
📍 Konzultace s ekonomickými diplomaty v Černínském paláci
📍 Schůzky se zahraničními kancelářemi .official v Kongresovém centru Praha

Během produktivních 20minutových setkání jsme probrali expanzi na celou řadu globálních trhů a v exportním Meeting Hubu pod hlavičkou .gov.cz načerpali info od oborových asociací. Celý program jsme zakončili zaslouženým networkingem s neformální, lehce mandlovou tečkou na budoucí úspěchy. 🌰✨

Odvážíme si spoustu cenných kontaktů a jasnou vizi pro náš další růst. 🚀 Velké díky organizátorům za skvěle zvládnutou akci!

Last week, we went through a true diplomatic and export marathon:

📍 CzechTrade Foreign Offices at the Prague Congress Centre

During productive 20-minute sessions, we discussed expansion into global markets and gathered insights at the Ministry of Industry and Trade export Meeting Hub. We wrapped up the busy schedule with some well-deserved networking and a subtle almond toast to celebrate our future success. 🌰✨

CZ: 🚀 Budoucnost technické čistoty a letectví v Brně!

Náš Výkonný manažer Petr Tomášek reprezentoval Moravský letecký klastr na otevření nového Centra technické čistoty Q-LAB (ISO 7 / ESD) od skupiny QPAG a ZEISS.

Petr zde vystoupil s prezentací o rostoucím významu přísných čistotních standardů v aerospace & space sektoru. Pro náš region je toto špičkové pracoviště skvělou zprávou! Děkujeme QPAG za pozvání a skvělou akci. 🙌

Our Executive Manager, Petr Tomášek, represented the Czech Aerospace Cluster at the grand opening of the new Q-LAB (ISO 7 / ESD) center by QPAG and ZEISS.

Petr delivered a presentation on the growing importance of strict cleanliness standards in the aerospace & space sectors. Having this top-tier facility in our region is fantastic news! Thank you QPAG for the invitation and a great event. 🙌

CZ: Zúčastnili jsme se Aktivu galvanizérů. ✈️⚙️ Díky České společnosti pro povrchové úpravy jsme prezentovali, co letectví potřebuje od dodavatelů povrchových úprav.

Letecký průmysl se bez nich neobejde, ale firem s potřebnou leteckou certifikací je u nás málo. Věříme, že užší spolupráce s tímto sektorem pomůže rozvinout celý český letecký ekosystém.

Děkujeme ČSPÚ a týmu z LARS Chemie za možnost vystoupit a prodiskutovat tato témata s lidmi z oboru.

EN: We attended the "Aktiv galvanizérů" event. ✈️⚙️ Thanks to the Czech Surface Treatment Society, we presented what the aerospace industry needs from surface treatment providers.

The aerospace sector cannot function without them, but very few Czech companies hold the necessary aerospace certifications. We believe that closer cooperation will help develop the entire Czech aerospace ecosystem.

Thank you to ČSPÚ and the LARS Chemie team for the opportunity to present and discuss these topics with industry professionals.

🚀 What a week at ILA Berlin 2026! The Czech Aerospace Cluster and the Czech delegation just wrapped up an incredible mission. ✈️

💡 Kicking things off with aerospace tech innovations at Berlin Partner, Nicomatic, and Planet Labs!

🌐 Days packed with endless networking, B2B meetings, and connecting with global partners across international pavilions. 🤝

✍️ The Highlight: Officially signing a Memorandum of Cooperation at the Korean National Pavilion! 🤝 A huge milestone opening exciting new doors for the Czech aerospace industry in Asia.

Huge thanks to the partners (CzechTrade, the Czech-German Chamber of Commerce, and the Czech Embassy in Berlin) for making this possible.

CZ: Ve čtvrtek proběhla Valná hromada našeho klastru, ale především také (neformální) setkání leteckého průmyslu! 🚀 A protože víme, že jen u tabulek a oficialit by se inovace rodily těžko, pojali jsme to po svém.

Jaká byla naše agenda?
✔️ Probrat důležité věci (samozřejmě!)
✔️ Otestovat kapacity žaludků skvělým jídlem a nějakým tím drinkem 🍻
✔️ Vrátit se ke kořenům u opékání špekáčků na ohni 🌭
✔️ Rozžhavit mozkové buňky při záludném leteckém kvízu ✈️
✔️ Vyřídit si účty s kolegy v pétanque 🟠
✔️ A to vše za doprovodu hned DVOU kapel! 🎸🎶

Zkrátka ideální mix práce a zábavy. To hlavní ale probíhalo po celou dobu akce – networking a spousta debat o tom, kam náš obor posunout dál. Ty nejlepší vize a strategie se totiž stejně rodí mimo zasedací místnosti. ✈️

EN: On Thursday, we held our cluster’s General Assembly, but more importantly, it was an (informal) gathering of the aviation industry! 🚀 And since we know that staring at spreadsheets all evening doesn’t spark innovation, we did things our way.

What was on the agenda?
✔️ Discussing important cluster business (obviously!)
✔️ Testing our limits with amazing food and a few drinks to keep the ideas flowing 🍻
✔️ Traditional Czech team building: roasting “špekáčky” (sausages) over an open fire 🌭
✔️ Testing our brains in a tricky aviation quiz ✈️
✔️ Settling office rivalries over a highly competitive game of pétanque 🟠
✔️ Enjoying the vibe with not one, but TWO live bands! 🎸🎶

In short, the perfect mix of business and pleasure. But the main event was happening all along – networking and plenty of discussions about where to take our industry next. After all, the best visions and strategies are always born outside the boardroom. ✈️

Connecting the space industry with academia in practice. 🚀

We recently joined other tech companies in Zlín to discuss boosting the local SPACE ecosystem with the Centre of Polymer Systems (CPS UTB).

No dry theory. Ideas started flowing right during the lab tour, leading into a highly practical debate. The goal was clear: finding the exact intersection between what the industry actually needs and the research competencies the university provides.

Huge thanks to CPS for the open dialogue. Can't wait to see what we build next! 🌌
