Anyone who’s worked in the moving & relocation industry for any length of time will know that no end of processes or preparation will actually allow you to totally control what is going on around you; last minute changes in schedule, people not getting back to you with the information you need, anticipated resources suddenly aren’t available etc. My training can’t change that, but what it can do is influence the way you respond to what happens. Your knowledge, skills and attitude influence how you respond, and then what happens as a result of your response - looking at things this way gives you a lot more control and the ability to manage the situation, and the customer, rather than the other way around! Our specialties are:Intercultural Awareness - effective communication and rapport building between diverse cultures - we see culture as "the way we do things around here", so we work with different nationalities, and also different departments within companies. Customer Service - Tools for managing the customer rather than the customer managing you
Communication Skills - listening, questioning and verifying with different communication styles
Time Management - Getting more done in less time
All availabie as online training and coaching sessions.
