To ensure maximum safety, hydraulic systems are often used instead of purely electric systems, as only hydraulics can deliver the needed extremely high forces in a small space. They are also reliable, low-maintenance, and independent of electricity. A solution from our colleagues at HAWE Micro Fluid for this purpose consists of standardized and custom-designed window lifters.

✅ These have one major goal: protecting the occupants. 🛡️ This fail-safe and low-noise solution opens and closes even the heaviest armored glass panes in just about 6 seconds.

Gerhard Borho was appointed to the Supervisory Board by the Annual General Meeting of HAWE Hydraulik SE in April, effective immediately. The board now consists of five members.

🏎️ On May 8, HAWE Hydraulik had the opportunity to participate in the rollout event for the SILICIA 4 race car of the Formula Student team Infinity Racing at Kempten University of Applied Sciences. Formula Student is an international racing series in which students compete against each other in various disciplines with race cars they have designed and built themselves.

We are very pleased to support Infinity Racing Kempten, as the project impressively demonstrates the commitment, creativity, and team spirit that students bring to the table. Particularly impressive is the interdisciplinary collaboration among students from nearly all departments. Together, they are realizing a highly complex technical project—with a great deal of time, passion, and the ability to think beyond the boundaries of their own degree programs 🎓

🔋 During a field trip to our subsidiary Mattro in December, the team gained exciting insights into the electrification of industrial applications. At the same time, our apprentices manufactured components for the race car, thereby making an active contribution to the project.

With flow rates ranging from 0.24 to 3 l/min and an extremely compact design, they open up new possibilities across a wide range of industries—from simple lifting functions to complex control systems.

🔹 Type HR050: Compact, powerful, and reliable: With an integrated radial piston pump, the unit delivers up to 1 l/min at 200 bar—ideal for basic functions in the tightest of spaces.

🔹 Type HR080: High pressure meets clever design: Direction changes are easily achieved via the motor’s rotation direction—without any directional control valve. Integrated motor protection included.

🔹 Type A: Flexible and modular: With an external gear pump and variable tank sizes, this type is particularly suitable for demanding applications, e.g., in the automotive or aerospace industry.
