AGL Alliance Group is a Malta-based Destination Management Company (DMC) specialising in Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events (MICE). We’re looking for an organised, creative and proactive person to join our team!
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠?
🔹 Preparing client proposals, costings, budgets and presentations
🔹 Researching hotels, venues, restaurants and experiences across Malta and Gozo
🔹 Liaising with suppliers and supporting our project managers
🔹 Assisting with travel arrangements, social media and general administration
The role is primarily office-based, with client proposals and sales support as the main priority. For those interested, there is also the opportunity to get involved in the operational delivery of confirmed events and group programmes. An office-only preference is absolutely fine!
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫?
🔸 Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
🔸 Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
🔸 Creativity, initiative and a willingness to learn
🔸 Excellent written and spoken English
🔸 An interest in travel, tourism, hospitality or events
Previous relevant experience is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn matter too.
