Our unique pieces- section at espen is for all the people who are looking for something out of the regular material. But what makes a unique piece “unique“? For us, it means anything that is of superior quality from the rest of a batch, or simply stands out with an interesting or unusual grain pattern and/or colour. We take the time for that whenever we cut new material so the “unicorns” don’t go to waste and find the right home.

In case you are getting started in building guitars, or need small parts, espen tonewoods has got you covered with our pre-cut parts like slotted fretboards, various sizes of inlay dots, abalone shell, bone blanks and fretwire, even pre-routed bodies are available. We offer a wide variety of classic and exotic woods at the usual scale lengths for fretboards and bodies as well as good quality F-style necks. Check our shop to see all we have to offer😉.

Our newest addition are these colourful and highly flamed/figured sets or caribbean pernambucco. A dense and very beautiful wood often used in bowmaking, but it makes just as good of a tonewood for back and sides and looks fantastic under finish!
