We love (to) work - this is the guiding principle of the Zukunftsagenten GmbH. We want to shape the future of work and accompany organisations - and people - on their way to a successful future. We firmly believe that "work" will change - and must change! Our motivation comes from the desire to make a difference and to design work in our century in such a way that it fits in with people's lives and the requirements of companies. Our Workforce Evolution® (W::E®) process and the associated cloud solution the W::E Designer®, is our approach to enable organisations to actively shape their future. Workforce Evolution® lets you rethink the tasks, processes and structures in your organisation. It allows you to recognise potentials, organise your workforce in a future-oriented way and design efficient organisational structures. It is an holistic approach that not only supports you in designing the future shape of your organisation but shows you the necessary steps to realise it. As experts for a sustainable, software-based implementation of future work concepts, we are successfully guiding our customers along the steps of the W::E® process. On the way into the new world of work, we are a partner who has the courage to question former structures and models, a partner with an approach that will want to make you rethink work and to start designing your individual future today.
