Aún no estamos muy conscientes de ello pero las redes sociales son el tabaco del siglo XXI. Es necesario concientizar y educarse sobre los peligros a la salud que el uso indiscriminado provoca. Estoy seguro que en 50 años no vamos a poder creer lo que hacíamos. Algunos de los daños incluyen:

- baja autoestima, depresión y ansiedad
- adicción a medios/internet
- alexitimia o dificultad para reconocer emociones
- dismorfia corporal, anorexia, bulimia y vigorexia
- aislamiento social
- auto lesiones
- lesiones cérvico espinales y desviación de columna
- enfermedades oculares (cefaleas, sequedad, migrañas, visión borrosa o acortamiento del campo visual)

We are not yet very aware of it, but social networks are the to***co of the 21st century. It is necessary to raise awareness and educate yourself about the health hazards that indiscriminate use causes. I am sure that in 50 years we will not be able to believe what we did. Some of the damages include:

- low self-esteem, depression and anxiety
- media/internet addiction
- alexithymia or difficulty recognizing emotions
- body dysmorphia, anorexia, bulimia and vigorexia
- Social isolation
- self injury
- cervico-spinal injuries and spinal deviation
- eye diseases (headaches, dryness, migraines, blurred vision or shortening of the visual field)

Die Inflation von 7.9 % und der explosionsartige Anstieg der Strom- und Heizkosten bringen Menschen in Grundsicherung in absolute Existenznot. Der im Regelsatz enthaltene Anteil für Strom ist viel zu niedrig und Nachzahlungen müssen aus eigener Tasche gezahlt werden, aber wie, wenn die immer leer ist? Immer mehr Haushalte verschulden sich oder befürchten eine Stromsperre.

Die Bundesregierung schafft im September mit der Energiepauschale Abhilfe, aber lässt Menschen ohne einkommensteuerpflichtige Erwerbstätigkeit im Stich, obwohl auch sie diese Unterstützung dringend nötig hätten.⚡ Aber nicht mit uns!
