A statement from The Wolf.

I hope you're all doing well and staying strong in these challenging times. As some of you may have noticed, I've been posting a little less frequently on social media lately. I wanted to take a moment to explain why.

Over the last year and a half, we've had some fantastic conversations and learned and grown a lot together. But as my coaching and consulting business grows and new projects arise, I need to adjust my focus for a while. That means you'll be seeing a little less of me on social media.

However, I want to assure you that I'm not disappearing completely! I'll still be around, just not as often as before. I appreciate your support and engagement very much, and I look forward to continuing to connect with you all.

Remember, being a strong leader means knowing when to take a step back and focus on what's most important. That's what I'm doing right now, and I hope you can understand my motivations for doing this.

Thank you for being such an incredible ‘pack’, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for all of us.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience at the recent Tony Robbins Platinum Partnership meeting in Sun Valley, Idaho

As a and business coach, I've been playing with the idea of joining a high-performance peer group for quite some time, and I finally took the leap earlier this year. The program was primarily dedicated to financial topics, but we also talked about technology trends, AI, and longevity trends, among other things.

Over 450 people from 67 countries attended the meeting, and we had over 20 speakers presenting to us, including financial heavyweights like Ray Dalio, Paul Tudor Jones, Jamie Dimon (CEO of JP Morgan Chase), and Steve Forbes. We discussed a range of topics, from inflation and the US national debt to asset allocation and the potential of AI in our businesses.

One of the key takeaways for me was the power of peer groups. As Tony Robbins says, "People’s lives are a direct reflection of the expectations of their peer group. If your peer group doesn’t expect much, it’s just a matter of time before you lower your expectations of yourself." I was blown away by the desire of everyone in the group to share their experiences and support each other. It's amazing how being around like-minded people can elevate your thinking and your standards.

As a result of this experience, I've joined a community that will help me raise my standards and ultimately improve the quality of my life. If you're interested in learning more about the power of peer groups and how they can elevate your life, check out my latest blog post where I share more details about my experience. I hope you find it helpful and inspiring! LINK 👉 https://rpb.li/uoC

“I will always face my worst fears. This is what makes me successful”

As , I have faced countless challenges and overcome numerous obstacles on my journey to success. And one of the most important lessons I've learned along the way is to always face my worst fears. 💪

Fear is a natural human emotion that can hold us back from achieving our goals and living our best lives. However when we face our fears head-on, we gain confidence, experience personal growth, and unlock our full potential. 🌟.

This is especially true in the world of business. As , we are often faced with difficult decisions, uncertain outcomes, and unexpected challenges. When we embrace these challenges and approach them with courage and determination, we set ourselves up for our own success. 🚀

So, THIS WEEK, don't be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone, take risks, and face your fears. Remember, it's the challenges that we overcome that make us stronger, more resilient, and ultimately more successful. 💯

Here are 9 skills you should take time to learn before you turn 50. These will help you both in your personal life and as a .

1) LEARN MANIPULATION
People around you are self-centered.
Learn how to identify instances of manipulation around you and act accordingly.

2.) LEARN HOW TO FIGHT.
Yes of course you should always solve any issues peacefully in nearly every situation but sometimes you must defend yourself. It also helps you with discipline and self confidence.

3) LEARN ROLE-PLAYING
Yes we all know you should be mostly your authentic self.
However, leading a mysterious life can also be attractive.
People should know "Just enough" about your life.
Role playing can also be incredibly useful for team building and problem solving.

4) LEAN BRUTAL SELF CRITICISM
The only way to understand people around you is to know yourself first.
Be honest with yourself. Your life will be 10 x better

5) LEARN HOW TO DOUBT AND QUESTION EVERYTHING
Stop believing everything you read and hear... at first
Do this:
- Learn what the reality is
- Observe without judgement
- Understand what serves you now

6) LEARN HOW TO (REALLY) TALK
You'll always be judged according to what you say..
You need to know:
- How to talk
- When to talk
- Who to talk to

7) LEARN HOW TO HAVE GREAT S*X
Yes I know, why should we learn to have "great s*x"?
S*x is one of the pillars of strong marriages and intimate relationships. The happiness and contentment you feel here will influence other parts of your life.

8) LEARN HOW TO HANDLE WINS AND LOSES
You should know:
- Some wins are tragedy in disguise
- Wins and loses should be lessons
- All loses are greater wins

9) HOW TO FORGIVE AND LET GO
You'll rub shoulders with people you'll:
- Like
- Hate
- Fight with / for
In most cases, you can avoid someone instead of hating them.
People are always doing whats right for them.

I hope these help. Let me know what you think and if you agree with them in the comments.

I have come to understand that success in the business world is often measured by salary and job title. However, there are other criteria that are just as important, if not more so.

Mental health, physical health, liking what you do, and having free time are all crucial factors that define success in a job. These elements not only impact your personal well-being but also affect your overall performance at work. It's easy to get caught up in the pursuit of a higher salary or job title, but it's important to remember that these things alone do not determine success.

1. Measuring mental health is important to determine success in a job because it affects your overall well-being and performance at work.

2. Measuring physical health is important to determine success in a job because it impacts your ability to work and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

3. Liking what you do is important to determine success in a job because it increases job satisfaction and productivity.

4. Having free time is important to determine success in a job because it allows for a healthy work-life balance and time for personal growth and development.

These are ALL important not JUST salary and what job title the CEO has decided to give you.

Taking care of yourself, enjoying your work, and having time for hobbies and interests can contribute just as much to your overall sense of accomplishment.

How do you measure your own success? Is there any other criteria you use?

Happy International Women's Day everyone! 😁👩‍💼

Today we celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women all around the world. But we must also acknowledge that there is still much work to be done in order to create a more equitable and just society for women.

One area where we can all make a difference is in better supporting female leaders, business owners, and founders. Despite the many obstacles they face, women are making incredible strides in these areas, and it is up to all of us to help them succeed.

One way we can do this is by actively seeking out and supporting female-owned businesses. Whether it's buying from a women-owned shop, sharing their content on social media, or simply spreading the word about their work, we can all play a part in promoting and uplifting female entrepreneurs.

We can also work to address the systemic barriers that still exist for women in leadership positions, such as the gender pay gap, lack of access to capital, and unconscious bias in hiring and promotion decisions. By challenging these barriers and advocating for change, we can create a more level playing field for all women.

So let's take this International Women's Day as an opportunity to reflect on how we can better support and empower female leaders, business owners, and founders. Together, we can create a more inclusive and equitable future for everyone.

I'm very humbled and honoured when past clients say something great about me.

Here's what he said about working with me:

" I consulted with Wolfgang when I was transitioning into a new responsibility in professional services. This move exposed myself into a quite challenging environment from different angles. Specifically when dealing with escalations it was crucial to manage both external and internal stakeholders and challenges. It also meant avoiding the blame game while taking full responsibility for the resolution. This required a clear, well-educated and sensitive communication consumable and acceptable for all parties involved. At the same time the teams on the ground needed to be recognized for their work and led thoughtfully to gain a trustful and energetic level of performance. This is fundamental in enabling a leader to thrive with his team and produce the most impactful outcomes.

Wolfgang’s support by asking the right questions was essential for me to discover the most effective way of messaging and establish a value based culture inside my organization. I am very grateful that I could benefit from his huge experience in extremely challenging environments. Last but not least Wolfgang is coaching and living a very future oriented leadership style motivating people to thrive".

Thank you Alex 🙏.
