Wir veranstalten einen kleinen Workshop mit KITA-Kindern des Gemeinwesenvereins Heerstraße Nord e.V. Ziel ist es, ihre Kunst später in unseren KITA-Neubau zu integrieren: Kunst von Kindern für Kinder. 🎭

Kunst am Bau: In unserem aktuellen KITA-Neubauprojekt werden Berliner Kinder zu kleinen Künstler*innen! 🎨🚸

Das Ziel ist, die Vielfalt der Kinder in Berlin sichtbar zu machen und sie wortwörtlich ins Haus einzubauen - damit die Kinder, die später dort hingehen, nicht nur etwas „Schönes an der Wand“ haben, sondern etwas, das wirklich von Kindern kommt.

Vielen Dank an die teilnehmenden KITAs, für die eigengeführten Workshops oder die Möglichkeit, den Workshop bei euch vor Ort anzuleiten!

Während des Bauprozesses, im Highlight SEM30, werdet ihr sehen, wie die Kunst in den Bau integriert wird.

Art in construction: In our current new kindergarten construction project, Berlin children are becoming little artists! 🎨🚸

The goal is to make the diversity of children in Berlin visible and literally build it into the building - so that the children who will later attend the daycare center will not only have something “beautiful on the wall,” but something that truly comes from children.

Many thanks to the participating kindergarten for the workshops they led themselves or for the opportunity to lead the workshop at your location!

During the construction process, in the highlight SEM30, you will see how the art is being integrated into the building.

Inventur | Ein kleiner Einblick in unsere Baustelle in Reinickendorf - unglaublich, was ein paar Wochen ausmachen können! Der Außenputz ist fast fertig und gibt der Bestandserweiterung ein neues Erscheinungsbild. Im Innenraum sorgen die Holzdetails für eine besondere Wärme und Gemütlichkeit… 🎨

Grafisch dargestellt: Das Entwurfskonzept des abgeschlossenen Projektes GRÜ05.

Hier wurde ein Einfamilienhaus in Berlin Reinickendorf komplett saniert sowie erweitert.

Das Erdgeschoss wurde bis an die maximalen Baugrenze gerückt und zum Garten hin geöffnet. Dank der kreativen Ideen des Statikers konnten wir die Ecke des bestehenden Gebäudes auflösen und mit einem Überzug auf eine Stahlstütze umleiten.

Um den zusätzlichen Platzbedarf zu decken, wurde ein neues Dachgeschoss für die Eltern der vierköpfigen Familie aufgestockt. Eine Loggia schafft auch hier eine Verbindung zum grünen Garten. 🏡🍃

Graphical representation: The design concept for the completed GRÜ05 project.

A single-family home in Berlin-Reinickendorf was completely renovated and extended.

The ground floor was moved to the maximum building limits, while opening it up to the garden. Thanks to the creative input of the structural engineer, we were able to remove the corner of the existing structure and redirect it to a steel support using a suspender beam.

To meet the additional space requirements, a new attic was added for the parents of the family of four. A loggia also creates a connection to the green garden here. 🏡🍃

Es ist soweit: Wir haben die Sanierung und Erweiterung eines Einfamilienhauses erfolgreich abgeschlossen, und die vierköpfige Familie wohnt nun in ihrem neuen Zuhause. 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

Das Zusammenspiel von Alt und Neu wird durch die Materialität betont und im Innenraum sichtbar gemacht. Während der Bestand mit hellen Putzoberflächen zurückhaltend gestaltet ist, schafft der Neubau mit Holzverkleidungen an Wänden und Decken eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, sowohl optisch als auch haptisch. Der Sichtestrich im Erdgeschoss harmoniert als Gegenstück zu den wärmeren Tönen. Die Ausrichtung des Gebäudes und die vielen Oberlichter durchfluten die Räume mit Licht. ◻️🪵✨

Fotos der fertiggestellten Gebäudehülle, die auch die Evolution des Hauses unterstreicht, jedoch mit einem völlig anderen Material, folgen in Kürze.

The time has come: we have successfully completed the renovation and extension of a single-family home, and the family of four now lives in their new home. 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

The interplay of old and new is emphasized by the materials used and made visible in the interior. While the existing structure is restrained with light-colored plaster surfaces, the new construction creates a cozy atmosphere, both visually and haptically, with wood paneling on the walls and ceilings. The exposed screed on the ground floor harmonizes as a counterpart to the warmer tones. The orientation of the building and the many skylights flood the rooms with light. ◻️🪵✨

More photos of the completed building envelope will follow soon, which also emphasizes the evolution of the house, contrasting with the interior but using a completely different material.

Diese Altbauvilla wird derzeit umfassend saniert, vom Sockelgesims über die Holzbalkendecken bis hin zur Dachhaut. Eine Baustelle wie diese erfordert nicht nur zahlreiche kompetente Handwerksfirmen, sondern auch ein wenig Geduld und Liebe zum Detail. ⏳

This old villa is currently undergoing extensive renovation work, from the base cornice to the wooden beam ceilings and the roof covering. A construction site like this requires not only numerous skilled tradespeople, but also a little patience and attention to detail. ⏳

Es ist soweit: Wir haben die zahlreichen Puzzle der mehr als 180 Besucher*innen vom Tag der Architektur in Diagrammen ausgewertet. 📊

Zum Einen seht ihr einen Vergleich der Aussagen nach Altersgruppen, U50 und Ü50, zum Anderen ein separates Diagramm, welches nur die Ergebnisse des Schulausfluges der zeigt, U20. Mehr oder weniger überraschend ist, dass die Altersgruppe zwischen 20 und 50 Jahren mit den wenigsten Quadratmetern pro Person auskommt. Ältere Personen haben oft viel Fläche zur Verfügung, beispielsweise 200 Quadratmeter zu zweit, die oft nicht genutzt wird. Genau hier greifen viele kreative Konzepte und politische Denkanstöße der an.

Wo findet ihr euch in den Diagrammen wieder? Haben die Eindrücke vom Tag der Architektur euer Zuhause verändert? Wohnt ihr wirklich in der Stadt?

The time has come: we have evaluated the numerous puzzles completed by more than 180 visitors from Tag der Architektur in diagrams. 📊

On the one hand, you can see a comparison of the statements by age group, under 50 and over 50, and on the other hand, a separate diagram showing only the results of the school trip, under 20. It is more or less surprising that the age group between 20 and 50 years old has the least square meters per person. Older people often have a lot of space available, for example, 200 square meters for two people, which is often not used. This is exactly where many creative concepts and political food for thought from come into play.

Where do you see yourselves in the diagrams? Did the impressions from Tag der Architektur change your home? Do you really live in the city?
