Meet our speaker Denzel Russell! 👋🏽

Denzel is the brand and product copywriter at Highsnobiety, overseeing the creation of essential messaging for campaigns. Outside of his role, he maintains a creative practice with textiles and digital embroidery, and has also undertaken artist residencies at the Institute for Electronic Arts, Urban Glass, and locally at Callie’s in Berlin.

📣 The 202030 Summit is very close! We are happy to announce our speaker Julian Aisslinger.

Julian is Head of Sustainability, Innovation, & Responsible Communication. He has been managing the Sustainability Team at Marc O’Polo for 4 years. Under his responsibility, the 01 Journey 10 Pathways strategy was designed and implemented, resulting in the first Sustainability Hero campaign. He and his team are currently preparing the launch of the new sustainability strategy ITS ON US 2030+, a response to new customer expectations, regulations and innovations. Julian previously worked as a consultant for design strategies and sustainability for major international clients at Fuseproject in San Francisco.

During a surf trip to Bali 🏄🏻‍♂️ Julian Reuter, discovers an almost forgotten material at a small handicraft market: rattan. He was fascinated by how the craftsmen make shapes and designs that he had never seen done before with a natural material. Realizing that the cultivation and harvesting of rattan in the 70s and 80s helped to preserve the rainforest, he turned into a vision for the future: reanimate the material rattan 🌱
