The way we drink is changing, and with it the expectations we have towards what sits in our glass.

Sparkling tea is a good example of this shift. It brings complexity, structure and a sense of occasion, but without alcohol. It doesn’t try to imitate wine, and that’s exactly why it works. It creates its own category instead of positioning itself as an alternative.

The design follows that thinking. Instead of borrowing from traditional wine aesthetics, it focuses on clarity, texture and restraint. The bottle feels confident without being loud, and the label allows the product to speak for itself.

That’s usually a good indicator that something is built on the right foundation.

From ocean to object. From function to feeling.
This is a concept we developed to explore how a product like kelp can be positioned beyond the typical “superfood” space.

The idea was simple: take one of the most nutrient-dense natural ingredients and translate it into a brand world that feels as refined as it is grounded.

Because kelp brings real substance:
- naturally rich in iodine, supporting thyroid function and metabolic balance
- contains antioxidants like fucoxanthin, studied for anti-inflammatory and metabolic effects
- includes alginate, which research links to gut health and satiety
- provides minerals like calcium, magnesium and iron in a highly bioavailable form

When technology meets ideas.

If you’ve worked with us, you know that we don’t chase innovation and tech for the sake of name dropping the coolest tools. We use things that help us find answers quicker and more efficiently. First we ask: What hurts? What’s missing? What could truly help? Then we look for the most efficient way to build answers.

That’s how Forgetmenot Bot was born. Alexandra pitched an earlier version of this idea years ago for an pitch. We deemed the idea was still a good one.

We started using and played around with ideas. This was one of the first ideas we prompted:
An app to support those who love someone with dementia or Alzheimer’s - not by using medical jargon, but with real words for real moments:
✨ What do I say when they forget who I am?
✨ How do I stay calm when they ask about someone who’s gone?
✨ How do I care without breaking?

Using conversational AI, human insight, and design that soothes - not overwhelms - we’re creating something simple, empathetic, and deeply needed.

New technology is only powerful when it serves real life. And Forgetmenot Bot is our reminder that innovation can (and should) feel like kindness.
