The ethical code is the foundation of our understanding and quality of interpersonal communication within the ICI and beyond.

The International Association of Coaching Institutes (here and after referred to as ICI) is a global network of experienced and qualified coaching institutes and individual coaches with common ethical and quality standards. The ethical and qualified standards are an expression of the self-understanding and commitment by the representatives of all ICI-member institutions and their coaches. We commit ourselves to high ethical standards at the level of the seventh Graves level for the benefit of all people for the development and maintenance of justice and peace worldwide. About the IN (International Association of NLP Institutes) partnership:

The ICI and IN share a common background in terms of their ethical code, quality standard and the humanistic world view. Therefore, both the IN and ICI maintain a close partnership due to aiming towards common goals, achievements and training.

🎉 Official recognition of ICI Coaching and IN NLP in Iran

The International Association of Coaching Institutes (ICI) and the International Association of NLP Institutes (IN) have been officially recognized by the Iranian Ministry of Labour and the TVTO (Technical and Vocational Training Organization).

This means that coaching and NLP based on our international standards are now state-approved professions in Iran.

Graduates can:
✅ Take official certification exams
✅ Receive a legally recognized professional title
✅ Open licensed coaching offices

This milestone reflects the growing importance of coaching and NLP worldwide.
